Hey.....listen up!!!

Greetings from Sunny Arizona! We have had gorgeous weather the past 2 weeks! Pulled out my capris and flip flops:)

We have been very busy with school, work, and the house! We have been painting, ugh!! I like to paint, I just don't like the mess! Dave has been doing lots of manly projects! Those are his words, not mine. He has repaired a few things, dug trenches in the back yard for our sprinkler system and even helped paint!! We are having a blast making this our HOME!

What's new??? Carlee is nothing but a stinker! She was sent to the "principals" office today...side note: should an almost 2 year old be sent to the "principals" office?? Well, I guess she was very defiant and threw things at her teacher! Not sure where she gets that:) Since we have been home she has been a pill! Terrible 2's here we come!!!!
Peyton is learning so much. We are really working on Dr. Leman's technique....Say it once, Turn around, and walk away! I am loving his book Have a New Kid by Friday! We have been bad at negoitating with him!! He is also learning a lot at school! He got a sucker from Ms. Olivia for reading all of his color words. He also recognizes and spells several sight words too!
Dave is loving high school! He has been teaching US History and Economics....boring! But if my History and ECON teacher was as cute as Mr. Carpenter I would probably pay attention!!
I am taking my 3rd Master's course! UGH! I am not liking my teacher! She is over the top! I hope that I continue my straight A streak!! I just got my hair cut! I have been wanting to cut it but Dave didn't want me to. I needed a change! I LOVE it! I feel like I lost 10 pounds! I have really thick and annoying hair!

Anyway I will move on to the pictures! You will see some of the kids, my new hair, and Ms. Olivia getting attacked by a very LARGE dog! This week we had a Tempe K9 officer bring in his dog. It was very exciting!

Christmas Pics Finally

Ok, I have a few minutes before dinner. I figured I should post some Christmas pics. Still don't have any good pics of the house! I want to wait until I've completed it! Sorry!

We celebrated my sister's birthday after 2 trips to Urgent Care(one for Carlee and one for Libby) and then a trip to the ER. We hope she still had a good birthday!!

My buddy Vossy! She's the best woman Athletic Director there is!

The last time these two were pictured together I am sure Peyton had a passy in his mouth instead of a DS in his hand:) Miss you Vos!

Dave's College basketball team (Multnomah) were playing in a game in Scottsdale so we drove up to watch them play! It was good to see Coach Vos and I suppose Coach Bickley too!! It made us miss those days:) Peyton and Carlee had a great time before the game. They were able to go out and warm up with the guys! Peyton played a little one on one; and Carlee got some tips too! Don't be alarmed, there is a disturbing picture of Coach Bickley and Carlee showing their bellies! Don't ask! It was funny though!!! Keeping Carlee confined in the stands was no easy task! The only thing that keep her interests was some chapstick from my purse. She had it everywhere...her lips, my lips, daddy's lips, and yes the bleachers too! Yuck! Anyway, it was good to see you Coach Vos. U too Scrub!!!!

Camera Found!

Yes, I found my camera! BUT...now I can't find my charger to get my pictures off! UGH!!! Will I ever be moved in!!!

Thank you for all your prayers for my mom! She will continue to need them! She has been through tons of pain! She will have surgery and lots of physical therapy. Yep, I feel crummy about having steep stairs in my house!

I have completed a room in our house! Of course it was Carlee's room! I will have pics up soon! I have painted 2 coats of "Colts" blue paint on Peyton's one wall, but it will need yet another coat!!!!

We still have tons to do, but we are happy to have a house to decorate!

Dave starts student teaching on Monday. I go back to school as well! The kids are doing great! Peyton is still Peyton! Carlee has grown in the last two weeks! She talks SOOOOOOOOOOO much! And, she likes to strip! I can not keep clothes or a diaper on this girl! She is always running around buck naked! We are starting to "Potty train". She has been interested for awhile now, but nothing ever happens! She wants to wear 'panties'...it doesn't matter whose they are!
