Blessed with Beauties!

I am so glad I have such a wonderful family! My kids are so adorable! I am so thankful that God choose me to be their mommy! Of course it's not all Roses and Chocolate everyday! We have our issues, but we all still love each other! We wouldn't be a "normal" family if we didn't fight, disagree, or be mean to each other! But at the end of the day, we all kiss, hug, and say we love each other; because that's what this family will always do! Thank you God for giving me cute kids, and a patient and some times frustrating husband!

Mommy's Boy! But he informs me that he's Daddy's boy too. I suppose I will share!

That smile will get you...watch out!

We have our moments, but man I love this little girl!

She's a lover not a fighter! Unless you take her 'bee'

Daddy's clone in looks only. I've been told she acts like me!

How adorable!

Granny, do you like my dress? I kept my bow on for you!

Okay, so we were on our way home the other day and I was messing with my camera while Dave was driving! I leaned over and said let's take a cute picture! This is what we got!
I swear that neither of us knew what the other was doing! It's not a flattering picture, but this is so our personalities! Love you Babe!

Swim Date with Mommy

So Wednesday on my day off the kids and I went over to Grammy's house to pick up our mail and drop off some things. Carlee was worn out so she decided to take a nap. Peyton and I decided to take a swim in the neighbor's pool. Man, it felt like a bath tub! That's how hot it is here in the summer! But Peyton loved it none the less! I got some really cute pictures of him! You will notice in the pictures that he has a mark between his eyes. We have Sears to thank for that! A cardboard cut out fell off the top of a refrigerator that we were looking at and hit Peyton! We should have sued! LOL!

Thanks Aunt Bibby for my new Hulk swim trunks!

Ugh...it's Monday!

Luckily it's almost over! I hate Monday's; unless I am not working or out shopping or laying on a beach! Anyway.....
We are well into Monsoon Season here in Arizona. I am glad for the rain! This is nothing compared to Portland. I do not miss the Portland Rain!! It was nice to step out back and smell, see, hear, and fell the rain! Wow...working my Senses!!
I was not supposed to be on the computer tonight but everyone went to bed at 8:00 tonight! I was trying to be a "good" girl and give it up for one night and fill that time with something more productive, but I couldn't resist! We had a really good sermon at church yesterday. He spoke on Slowing Down! That is something that we can all try and do. I get so caught up in my busy "go go" day, that I forget to enjoy my life.
Today was a "Daddy Day" for the kids. Dave was off work today so he kept them home from school. The kids love Daddy days! They pretty much run the house when Daddy is home! I was shocked, but very pleased to come home to a clean house! Good Job Daddy! Usually the kids are either running around in their undies and diapers, or still in their Pajamas; but they actually had on decent outfits!
Peyton has been eating so good lately. We have really been praying that he would start eating and trying new foods! Skinny Boy! Anyway, he ate his first In-N-Out hamburger! He got $1! He was so excited he wanted to go spend it right away on a Lego game for his Nintendo. Poor guy! He's just like his mom, can't keep money in your pocket!
Carlee seemed to enjoy 'our'(Mommy and Daddy's) milkshake the best!

We had a good day with our family on Saturday. Dave had been gone all week for work and got in really late on Friday night. But he got up in a good mood on Saturday and took us out! We went to the Mall. We saw LOTS and LOTS of people. They were casting for The Biggest Loser at Superstition Springs Mall. There were tons of people there! Then we went driving around looking at Houses! We are so excited to be seriously looking for our first home! We found a few that we loved! Then we came home and crashed! It was good to be together as a family after a very lonely week!
I have been trying my best not to let Peyton lose all that he learned at Preschool last year. So, I found this really cool floor book at Big Lots for $6. He loved it!

Okay, so we are so thankful that Dave is alive and that his hands are healing nicely! I don't think I ever posted pictures of his hands; so I am going to a before/after for you all to see how God is healing his hands! Libby, you might want to look away!

This is Day 2

I won't show you all the in between pictures. They are bad. That was when he had to scrub all the dead skin from each burn. Boy, it was not pretty!

Taken yesterday! He met with the doctor today! They can not believe how well his hands are healing! We can believe it! Thank you God! Continue to pray for full function of his fingers and joints. Today they were concerned with the flexibility of his fingers. He has hand exercises he has to do everyday that are painful!

A very lonely week

Well, it's Wednesday night and already I feel like it's Friday. I am tired, cranky, and sore. I have had the kids all week by myself. Dave had to go out of town for the week and won't be back until Friday. I couldn't imagine if I had to be a single parent or married to someone who travels a lot. I need a man, I'm not gonna lie! I have had to take out trash, mow the yard, do bath time EVERY night; on top of going to school everyday. It's a lot of work getting me and two kids out the door for school everyday; at least in the summer! I HATE teaching in the summer! Which leads me to my exciting news; I have decided to go back to school and get my Master's. I have been thinking and praying about it for a long time. I met with a lady and she walked me through the program. I am going to be getting my Master's in Special Education. I am excited, but not so excited to do homework. Dave is still taking classes for his Master's. Not sure how it's going to work with both of us with homework. We'll see! Pray for us that we don't kill each other and that our kids manage to eat and bathe! Just kidding Granny.

We had water day at school today. The kids had a great time. We took our sprinkler to share with everyone. I cut up a huge watermelon and we did a cute watermelon craft. Carlee has a little "friend". I will call him that because Dave would freak if I said boyfriend. I can't wait for him to see the pictures I took. His name is Caylan. He loves Carlee. One day out of the blue he started calling her Carlee bon James; I think it may be a variation of Carlee Jane? He is the funniest kid I have met! Check out pictures below.

Let's see, what else is new? Oh, my leg has been going numb. It hasn't done that since I was in my last month of pregnancy with Carlee. She sat on my sciatic nerve, little stinker. I had to go to Chiropractor several times for adjustments. Maybe I need to go again. I get monthly massages, but that doesn't seem to help.

Well I guess that is all I have to say. I miss my Mom and Sister; I miss Dave; I miss more than 8 hours sleep in one night; I miss laying out in the sun; I miss my Fall TV shows; and that's all!

Here's her life size bunny from Granny and Aunt Bibby!

Bunny Outfit. Thanks Granny!

Granny and Peyton saying good bye!

Carlee was too tired for pictures!

Peyton loves the sprinkler!

Look at those ruffles:O)

Carlee and Matthew are in the same class. Matthew's a Big Brother as of 1:30 this morning! Congrats Matthew!

Here's Caylan making a move!

I don't think Carlee feels the same about Caylan!

Here's our Watermelon Craft!

Lizard

Since Dave has been out of commission on the yard, diaper changing, dishes, baths, etc..... I have been doing double duty. Of course I had Granny and Aunt Bibby's help, but they left me and now I am all alone...sigh! Anyway....I was mowing the yard the other day and saw a very scary little critter! I hate critters! Take a look.

OH..Scary huh?

When I zoomed in, Dave came up behind me and grabbed me! Talk about peeing my pants. Let's just say I wanted to harm Dave real bad!

Obviously he wasn't alive and of no harm to me. Look how coloful his belly is.

Bye Bye little Lizard!

I am sad!

We could be twins, especially from behind!

My mommy is going home:( I am taking her to the airport in the morning. Goodness, she will be missed! She has been totally awesome. She was coming out for a vacation, you know to relax and enjoy her grandkids! Well I am not sure she relaxed at all. She did so much for us while she was here. We enjoyed some wonderful southern meals:) She took care of the kids, did all of our laundry, cleaned the house!!!! I really enjoyed our late night talks about nothing. I am sure she is ready to go home and sleep for days. Carlee and Peyton wore her out! I am not sure how Carlee will get along with her Granny. Granny taught Carlee tons of new words. Thanks to Granny, Carlee now says: Loves You, Doggy, Bird, Cow, Eyes, No, Bibby, Ruff Ruff, Moo...there are tons more I am forgetting. She knows all of her body parts, and she spreads her arms backwards and flies like a bird. It is seriously the cutest thing I have ever seen. Peyton got to spend a day with just he and Granny. Apparently he pretended he was a baby the whole day. She feed him Mac n Cheese, he had orange juice ba ba's, she carried him everywhere (Poor Granny's back). Mom even helped out with my other child, Dave. He can be a lot of work.
Thank you mom for all that you did while you were here! We will miss you! You are the greatest Granny and Mom in the whole wide world! Loves U!!!

Here are some of my Mom's favorite Pics from her trip!

She just loved this lime tree! Too bad the limes were not ripe??? Since I haven't the slightest clue about this kind of thing, when are limes "in".

\
Here Granny, I'll pick you a lime.

Granny and Aunt Bibby had a couple of dresses Monogrammed for Carlee. She was absolutely adorable in them!

Cheese!

I adore this picture!

Peyton was really upset because he wanted Carlee to sit in his lap. We tried so hard to get that little stinker to sit still. Check out this next picture. He was a little frustrated with his sister!

AND THAT'S ALL
