Is this little guy not adorable!?

He has grown a little more since the last time he had this outfit on! Granny bought this for him to come home in. Little did we know that he was going to be a peanut! It fits him much better now.

He is starting to smile, mainly at his Granny! He has the cutest sneeze too. You know, the kind that ends in a 'coo'!!!!

Granny was giving Lincoln a bath, which he hates to have done, and Carlee walked in and told baby Lincoln to be quiet. Her babies were trying to sleep. When Lincoln did not comply, she firmly said, "Didn't I tell you to be quiet? YES, I did!"

4 weeks

I can not believe this little guy is 4 weeks old today! It has gone by fast. He is such a precious addition to this family. He loves to sleep, just more during the daytime! He likes to smile at his granny! He loves to dirty diapers. His favorite game is to see how many he can dirty in a hour:)
We will never forget how he came into this world! We will always be grateful for this amazing gift! We love you Lincoln Joseph Carpenter! Happy 1 month old day!!

This is how 6 year olds party!

This was our gift to Peyton. His latest obsession is playing basketball! His dad is proud! Next week he will be attending a camp that Dave is running at the high school! Did I say that dad is proud!?!?

The water slide was a hit!

This little one had no fear! We did the water slide at Peyton's 5th birthday party and she was terrified! Not this year! The boys were all yelling at her because she was cutting in line!

She was doing flips down the slide at one point!

Of course the Cupcakes were a hit, but only for the icing! The rest of it went in the trash!

Goodbye Kindergarten

Monday night was Peyton's graduation from Kindergarten! I can not believe how fast he has grown up:( I am still trying to process being old enough to have a 1st grader!!
I am a little disappointed in myself for not taking that many pictures.
Peyton had a speaking part in the performance. He got really nervous and froze up a little bit, but he pulled it out:)



This is Cameron, one of Peyton's best buddies! I am also bummed that I did not get a picture of him and his other best buddy, Aiden!

We are proud of you Peyton for making it through a tough year! You excelled in Math like we thought you would! You get that from your daddy!! Your teacher said that you always wanted to be challenged. She also said that you are very bright and excel in all academic areas. We are excited to see what the next year brings for you!
